Senior Finance Specialist

Get Ready To

  • Managing full-cycle bookkeeping for group companies in Lithuania and South Africa.
  • Reviewing payroll calculations (processed in the Rivilė accounting system).
  • Overseeing accounts payable and ensuring accurate supplier reconciliations.
  • Issuing invoices to clients and maintaining accurate accounts receivable records.
  • Supporting the Group CEO with various financial and operational tasks.
  • Contributing to the automation and continuous improvement of financial processes.
  • Providing financial support and guidance to other departments when needed.

You'll Be Great At This If You

  • Have a university degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar field.
  • Have 2-3 years of experience working as an accountant, auditor or financial analyst.
  • Have a good proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Have a great attention to detail, critical and creative thinking.
  • Have good written and verbal English skills (B2 level).
  • Are a quick learner, a self-starter and have a proactive personality.
  • Are great at communicating and have interpersonal skills.
