Chief Financial Officer

Get Ready To

  • Oversee and manage the Group’s financial strategy and operations across Lithuania, the UK, and South Africa.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Monitor cash flow, profitability, and overall financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance, internal controls, and accurate consolidated reporting.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with CEOs and department heads.
  • Drive process improvements and support data-based decision-making.

You'll Be Great At This If You

  • Have a university degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar field.
  • Have 2-3 years of experience working as an accountant, auditor or financial analyst.
  • Have a good proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Have a great attention to detail, critical and creative thinking.
  • Are fluent in spoken and written English (C1 level).
  • Critical and creative thinking.
  • Are a quick learner, a self-starter and have a proactive personality.
  • Are great at communicating and have interpersonal skills.
